Is Your Service Only Available To The Public?

Our repair services are available to both the public and businesses regardless of size, also if your business books in multiple repairs with us we may be able to offer you repairs at a discounted rate.


How Long Will My Repair Take?

Our repairs usually take 2-3 working days for drop-in customers and 3-5 working days for our nationwide customers including delivery times. Repairs that require replacement parts or motherboard repairs take a little longer.


How Much Will My Repair Cost?

Our estimations are based on the fault described to us and a list of possible solutions and prices will be given to you in full before any repair is undertaken. Diagnostic fees are £25 + Vat and are only chargeable if the customer does not wish to continue with the repair, we only charge for the work carried out and courier costs with no hidden hourly rates. Our next working day, nationwide collection service is completely free.


I Live Nearby, Can I Visit You?

Of course, we are open Monday - Friday 9:00am - 17:30pm and you are more than welcome to bring in any faulty equipment you have. Details of our location can be found on the right-hand side of this page. Our laptop and computer repair services also extend to the surrounding areas such as Eccles, Stretford, Salford and Warrington to name a few.


What Happens if My Equipment Cannot Be Fixed?

Sometimes the equipment may be beyond economical repair and cannot be repaired, if this happens we can return the item back to you only charging the diagnostic and courier fee. Alternatively we can part exchange your equipment through our parent company's cashback scheme. All data can be backed up on request and sent to you with a cheque for an agreed amount after offsetting any costs outstanding.


Which Courier Do You Use?

To provide our customers with a prompt and professional service we use UPS's next day service. The collection and delivery can be booked to a day that suits you and all you need to do is pack the equipment in a secure box for transit and we'll do the rest. Collection and delivery is free and we cover the majority of UK addresses.


What Do I Need To Supply?

All we need from you is the faulty piece of equipment, any external devices that may be causing the issues described, power supply and any passwords that are on the machine.
